Tess has been practicing electrolysis professionally since 2010, holding active licensure and memberships across multiple professional bodies including the American Electrology Association. She relocated from Connecticut to Leland, North Carolina to build a practice on her own terms — and she did exactly that. But without a website, her reputation was doing all the work that a proper online presence should be handling for her.
We designed and built the full site from the ground up — including writing all the copy. The design direction was intentional: soft, elegant, and calming, because the experience of working with Tess is exactly that. We made sure the site did more than look good. Electrolysis isn’t a service most people fully understand, so the site takes time to explain the process clearly, answer common questions, and remove the friction that keeps people from booking. Every page leads somewhere useful, and the booking flow is front and center.
